Paramount Claims is a Louisiana-based company that prides itself on partnering with clients to ensure they receive the best line of defense when dealing with a variety of exposures. As a multi-line third-party administrator, we provide valuable knowledge and experience to pro-actively minimize exposures on your organization.
Our experience runs deep and our successes are numerous, yet our motivation is simple: deliver the most effective results for each and every one of our esteemed clients. That core principle is backed by a true commitment to treating clients with the attention and respect they so rightfully deserve.
We believe a strong team is vital. Each adjuster brings a unique, licensed and trained skill set — utilized to best meet the needs of every client and the different exposures that come with their respective industries.
You'll work with seasoned insurance professionals who hold a keen understanding of your individual situation — and remain lifelong learners abreast of the latest developments in your case.
Mr. Tammariello is the owner and proprietor of Paramount Claims Service, a licensed Louisiana attorney and commercial insurance professional since 1996. He currently manages public-entity and captive insurance programs generating over $30 million in annual premium, with more than 5,000 vehicles and 10,000 insured employees. He is highly sophisticated in evaluating actuary reports, negotiating excess and reinsurance contracts, administering profitable captive programs, and assessing complex liability in large comparative-fault vehicle accidents. He previously practiced insurance and environmental defense law and served as a claims manager with State Farm. Paramount specializes in complex Auto, Trucking and Law-Enforcement liability claims — including federal civil rights matters — that require particular, experienced handling.
Ms. LeDoux joined Paramount in 2016, bringing management experience across business auto liability, professional liability, law enforcement liability, general liability, public entity and self-insured entities. In 2011 she joined one of the largest national third-party administrators, rising from senior adjuster to manager — and at times AVP — where she set and implemented claim-handling protocols and trained other managers. She currently holds up to 30 state licenses. Earlier, she spent 8 years as a senior adjuster with a personal carrier and over 9 years as a private investigator. She listens closely to each client, identifies the strategies that best fit their needs, and provides risk-management analysis to reduce future exposures.
